Providing high quality care is the goal of our practice. To help you begin recommended treatment, our practice has flexible payment plans using the CareCredit® Card. CareCredit is ideal for co-payments, deductibles, and treatment not covered by insurance. You can pay for treatment over time with no upfront costs.

The CreditCare Card offers monthly payment plans to meet almost every need. There is a No Interest Payment Plan®, which requires a monthly payment of only 3 percent of your balance or $20 (which ever is greater). For patients with treatment fees from $1,500 to $25,000, who would appreciate more time to pay, the Extended Payment Plan® offers a low interest rate and a low monthly payment.
